Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in brand-new, sellable condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
